In a paper titled “The US Chess Rating system” dated April 24, 2017, there are updated formulas.
USrating = 180 + 0.94 × FIDE if FIDE ? 2000
USrating = 20 + 1.02 × FIDE if FIDE > 2000 -
Please convert my elo rating 1362 to ecf rating
